We would like to welcome you to residence 2904 at our splendid resort located in scenic Hollywood Beach FL. You will have the pleasure of staying on the 29th floor with a wide balcony that has North, East and West exposure providing gorgeous Inter-Coastal, Sunrise, Sunset and Ocean views. The Resort has many amenities that we hope you enjoy during your stay which include a gym, infinity pool and beach service. Additionally we recommend you check out Hollywood Beach boardwalk which has a nice seaside resort town look and feel. We also have included some recommendations on dining and sights later in this book . PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF YOUR STAY: During CHECK-IN you will be asked to pay the resort fees to the resort directly via credit/debit card ONLY. (Fees mentioned below have been provided by the resort and subject to change without prior notice): 1. The resort fee is USD40+tax/per night (per all group of guests!) 2. Resort will place hold on USD250.00 as security deposit from the credit card (only under guest's name) 3. Keep in mind only two beach chairs and 1 umbrella is included in resort fee. 4. Please Note: Beach chairs are available on a first come first service basis and cannot be reserved. Please consider arriving early during high season as amenities are limited. Beach service is located about 10 min walking North along the beach from the building. 5. Valet parking fees (charged by parking attendant): USD35.00 + tax/per night, better rates available for long stay. 6. Package Pickup Fees: * 8 AM – 4 PM (Mon–Sun): USD 5.50 * After Hours: US 27.50 Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of USD500. Hollywood Beach is a great town that sits squarely between Miami and Fort Lauderdale offering the best of each city only minutes away in a car. The neighborhood has plenty of shopping available with a Walmart right across the street for food shopping during extended stays, there are several restaurants available including Etaru which sits right on the Beach next to the building beach service area. This property is located in the upscale neighborhood of Hallandale just steps from the beach and minutes from the Aventura Mall and the restaurants in Sunny Isles Beach.
