We are a small vacation rental company right on the Las Vegas Strip. We give our guests the best experience by having a great location right in the middle of all the fun and excitement. We aim for our properties to feel more like a home away from home rather than just another hotel room. We personally design each property and all of our properties have fully operational kitchens with everything to prepare, serve, and eat meals. Oven, stove, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, etc. We give groups of people coming to Las Vegas the opportunity to all stay in one spot rather than have to get 2 or 3 rooms, so we have designed our properties to accommodate larger groups so everyone can have fun hanging out together. I give my guests space but am available when needed

We are in the Las Vegas Center Strip next to the Bellagio and attached to the Cosmopolitan. Staying with us, you will have full access to: · 2 Bedrooms with 1 Bath . Bonus room with a single bed. The bonus room is a big walk-in closet we have converted to a room for sleeping with a double bed. · 3 king beds, 1 double bed, queen air mattress, a futon bed, and a double roll away bed upon request · A couch · 1050 sq./ft. of space · Full kitchen . Neighbourhood information

We are located right on the Las Vegas Strip in the middle of everything. We are attached to the Cosmopolitan on the North Side. Our neighbor on the other side is the Bellagio. The Bellagio is known for its water cannons and the shows they put on several times a day. We are a 2-minute walk away from the water show. There are endless restaurants around us. Anything from fine dining to a casual quick bite to eat. If driving, we have a secure parking garage free for our guests. You use your room key card to get in and out of the parking garage at no cost to you. You will be right in the middle of all the lights, entertainment, and fun.
