Hoboken is a walker's paradise and is home to many fine restaurants and shops all offering takeout and delivery. Getting to tourist sites in Manhattan is easy with multiple modes of transportation into the city via the NJ Waterway ferries, Path trains, NJ transit buses or the Light Rail. A bus to NYC is right around the corner. The PATH train station and ferry to NYC is a quick 15 minute walk. Perfect location for business or leisure travelers. Stevens University is a few short blocks away.
