This charming 3 bedroom is centrally located to all that Colorado Springs has to offer. Relax in our bright and cozy home within minutes of downtown. Combining a classic layout with modern finishes, you’ll be greeted by an open space with plenty of natural light, and comfortable furniture in the living room. Just 1 room away is the fully functional kitchen stocked with you morning coffee. There’s a swedish nest table here with seating for four. Also off the main living room are the home’s 3 bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds along with quality linens. For those who have to work during their stay, a fourth room offers two desks for convenience, along with a full laundry for guest use. This home is serviced by a single, welcoming bathroom, clean and modern. Shared with the separate rental unit downstairs, the outdoor living spaces on this property offer an opportunity to enjoy the beautiful Colorado sunshine. There’s an outdoor table, plenty of seating, a propane grill, two fire pits, and plenty of outdoor games.
