Both cottages have air conditioning (very rare in Newport Beach), but you’ll want to be outside enjoying the open spaces if these cottages. The brick front patio is inviting, the private courtyard in the middle is a great place to start the day, or swimming, boarding, surfing or sunning on the sand!
