You are viewing this property on a 3rd party advertising website. Envision unwinding in this house featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms, complete with your own heated pool (an activation fee of 250 is required) just outside your back door! Savor breathtaking and unobstructed views of the sound from the back decks of this secluded residence. Additionally, the front decks provide ocean views, and direct beach access lies just across the street! This 2nd row home truly offers the best of both worlds and all its amenities! On the top floor of this property, you will find the living area along with a dining space that seats eight individuals, plus four at the breakfast bar. You can choose to eat in or enjoy dining at nearby excellent restaurants just moments away. There is also a bathroom on this level, alongside a bedroom featuring a king bed and magnificent sound views with access to the upper-level sound-side deck. The second floor includes a queen bedroom with a bathroom accessible from two sides, another bedroom with two twin bunk beds that also boasts sound views and deck access, and the master bathroom. The queen bedroom situated street-side provides balcony access with ocean views. With the additional sofa bed in the living area, the property accommodates a maximum of 12 guests. A roomy living room, kitchen, and dining area make this an ideal choice for your beach vacation. Located in North Topsail Beach on Topsail Island, you ll discover nearby shopping, entertainment options for both children and adults, and plenty of sun-soaked sand and azure waters. Please note that there is no dock or pier access for this property; however, private beach access is available just across the road.
