Welcome! The two story luxury and spacious (~1300 sqft) suite has been newly remodeled. It has a cozy living room, patio, and brand new furniture and appliances. It's designed to feel like home and has that warmth of character. Your rooms: two bedrooms with Den, and two private full bathrooms each with shower, tub, hair dryer, toiletry, and extra towels. Living room, 6 person dinning table and full kitchen make you feel at home. There are no other units above or below this unit. Our places can accommodate up to 6 guests. Parking: two guaranteed, free, and secured underground parking spaces. If you park on the street, please make sure to read the signs because Monday is street cleaning day. /n This suite has been approved by City of Santa Monica for a home-sharing business license (#217532). Santa Monica Municipal Code Home Share requires: "The host lives on site and will be present during the visitor’s stay and the home share may not be booked or rented by more than two groups of visitors for any given date."

Neighborhood: Ocean Park is a magical part of Santa Monica, neighbors are friendly and warm, it has become Silicon Beach hosting number of high tech companies (Google, Snapchat, Uber, etc.) and is bustling. Just 3 blocks down Ashland is Main Street with restaurants, bars.
