And, with endless adventures just outside your door, this stunning mountain retreat is the perfect launching pad for year-round fun in Breck! Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

This home is located just outside of the beautiful town of Alma, a quaint mountain town full of history, charm, and abundant outdoor adventures. Alma is known as being the highest incorporated town in North America sitting at 10,361 ft! The area is a gateway to endless outdoor adventures with several 14ers in close proximity. While in the area visit one of the historic mining towns such as Buckskin Joe, or head the 10 miles over to Mosquito Pass, one of Colorado’s highest mountain passes that provides stunning views of the Rocky Mountains. Hike the nearby Beaver Creek Trail, make your way to stunning Lake Criterion, explore Fairplay or make the 30-minute trip to Breckenridge, where you can hit the ski slopes at Breckenridge Ski Resort or stroll Main Street and explore the many shops, restaurants, galleries and museums there.
