Litchfield Beach, Pawleys Island, South Carolina (30 miles south of Myrtle Beach) - Spacious 4 bedrooms (3 king & 2 queen beds), 3 full baths, pet-friendly condo at Avian Forest (across from & full access to Litchfield By The Sea's private ocean beach). Large kitchen for entertaining, dining table for 10 and washer & dryer in condo. Surrounded by 9 golf courses, paved bike & walking paths and steps to the Avian Forest pool. Our 1-car garage accommodates two 6-seater golf carts, bicycles, fishing gear, surfboards, etc… We are a pet-friendly vacation home - as such, there is a pet fee for your stay.
Pawleys Island began as our weekly summer vacation destination almost 30 years ago. About 10 years ago, we began spending 2 weeks each summer at Pawleys Island, and then, about 5 or 6 years ago, we expanded our Pawleys Island experience by adding a week in the Spring and Fall. Recently, we purchased this condo and now wish to share it with others so they too might let Pawleys Island become a part of their family's memories. Please feel free to contact us during your stay if you need assistance.
Condo in Litchfield Beach, Pawleys Island (30 miles south of Myrtle Beach). Tradition Golf Club course is across the street, The Reserve Golf Club course is located just behind us, and Willbrook Plantation golf course is less than 1/4 mile away. Also, within 5 miles are the following additional 6 golf courses: Litchfield Country Club; River Club; Caledonia Golf & Fish Club; True Blue; Heritage Plantation; and Founders Club. You have access to Litchfield By The Sea's private ocean beach (with free parking) and its lighted tennis and pickle ball courts, and fishing piers - all of which is 3 minutes away by golf cart or car. Grocery store, pizza, restaurants, beach shops are 2 minutes by golf cart/car. Myrtle Beach International Airport is 20 miles away. Charleston is an ideal destination for a day-trip (1-hour 15 minutes drive). The recently revitalized, historic Georgetown is 15 minutes away.
