The master suite has a king bed, Smart TV, and en suite bathroom. The other four bedrooms include one with a king bed, two with queen beds, and a smaller room with two twin beds. These rooms share a full bathroom with a shower. Upon request, the twin beds can be converted into a king with a twin-to-king converter set, and a Pack 'n Play can also be provided. Outside, the yard has a screened-in, oversized private pool, a kids' swing, a basketball hoop, a charcoal BBQ, a seating area, and a dining table for eight—perfect for enjoying time outdoors. The home is located in Winter Haven, the Water Ski Capital of the World, this home is just minutes from amazing water sports, beautiful lakes, and top attractions. LEGOLAND is only a 7 to 8 minute drive away, and Disney World and Universal Studios are less than an hour away.
