Our newly remodeled home is located in an established neighborhood, on a culdesac, in the center of Knoxville. It is located less than 1/2 mile from tons of shopping and restaurants, and is less than 8 miles (13 mins drive) to Neyland Stadium and downtown Knoxville. This will be the perfect spot for a large group to stay for events or UT games!! The kitchen is fully stocked, and boasts a 6' x 9' island. There is a TV in every room, plus one in the living area. 5 KING BEDS! plus 2 pullouts!
We are an active family of four who live and work in Knoxville, TN. I am a Registered Nurse who has worked in our local emergency room for the past 5 years and my husband, Matt, owns a local lighting, kitchen and bath store. All of the updates in our home came from his store, so if you have interest in anything in the home, just ask us and we can get you the details. We will be available via text or phone call prior to and during your stay.
The neighborhood is conveniently located less than 2 minutes to various grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. House is on a quiet culdesac, with great neighbors! Out of respect for our neighbors, there is a 7 car max, and all vehicles must be parked in the driveway, or the garage. Your best mode of transportation is by automobile. Uber or Lyft is an excellent option if you prefer not to drive yourself.
