This house can sleep up to 12 guests at a time and there's plenty of space for everyone! • To ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone, we require guest ID verification for all reservations. Thank you for your cooperation—we look forward to hosting you! - Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is 129.00 USD/animal. - Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of 35.00 USD/night per service and 60.00 USD/night for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights.
