Located just 3 blocks to the heart of downtown Aspen's numerous shops, restaurants and nightlife, This garden level unit is located in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood but yet is so convenient. Top of the line appliances in the kitchen, an in unit washer/dryer, and comfortable and inviting furnishings provide a relaxing retreat. Combine all of this with a short 1 block walk to the Shadow Mountain lift for ski access or the hiking trails on Aspen Mountain in the spring, summer and fall months. *Early and late season Shadow Mountain lift access dependent upon snow conditions. Aspen Mountain Gondola is 3 blocks away. The condo is all one level and is located 1 flight of stairs up from the parking garage,The condo has two bedrooms, one with one king bed and the other with two twin beds that can be made into a king upon request prior to your arrival. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and dining needs. 1 underground parking spot available. If you need an additional spot, please inform us.

Located just 3 blocks to the heart of downtown Aspen's numerous shops, restaurants and nightlife, 700 Monarch is located in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood but yet is so convenient. Walk over to the Shadow Mountain lift to start your ski day. This uncrowded lift offers great access to the amazing skiing on Aspen Mountain. At the end of the day you can ski down the ski way to right outside the 700 Monarch building (conditions permitting) and click out of your skis. Just across the street you will enjoy the hiking trails on Aspen Mountain in the spring, summer and fall months. *Early and late season Shadow Mountain lift access dependent upon snow conditions.
