No pets, smoking or events. While smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited in the interior space, it is permitted in the rear exterior patio area where the hot tub is (not in front of home). No open flames (candles or incense).
No visitors other than registered Guests without written Host approval.
Please do not set luggage on bed to prevent stains from wheels, etc. Luggage racks are provided.
Turn off portable environmental control unit (A/C or extra heat) when you go out and, when using, please do not set to extreme temperatures (keep it within regular comfort zone settings). Whole house heating which includes your space in cool weather will already be set to ~67 at night and ~70 during the day.
The 49" mounted TV has Xfinity Flex, which includes Peacock, also provides music and options. Guests can also sign-in to a variety of their own account(s) to continue their viewing habits (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) and sign out upon check-out. Guests are not allowed to purchase, download, or rent any subscription or entertainment. There are also ~45 antenna channels, including network/local stations.
Upon check-out, please just tidy up. No cleaning fee!

The property is located on the corner of a cul-de-sac in a neighborhood built in the mid-1980s. It is a regular neighborhood with all the normal activities, sights and sounds that one would expect. There are grocery and restaurant options just a few blocks away.
