Former NY Governor David Paterson lived in this cozy Colonial for 20 years. Fully-renovated, your home comes with Prime Video, Wi-Fi, a romantic fireplace, wood floors, dining room, homey kitchen, granite countertops, new appliances, dishwasher, washer, dryer, furnished basement, patio, and 4-car driveway. A block from a hospital, 12 minutes drive to Jones Beach, 15 to JFK Airport, 40 to Manhattan, 90 to the Hamptons. Explore New York City from the suburbs; enjoy the best of Long Island.
We will be readily available when needed, while being totally unintrusive; allowing you and your guests the privacy and quiet enjoyment you deserve and desire. If you need us for any reason, we are usually a Whatsapp, an SMS, or a phone call away.
The excitement of New York City and the charm of Long Island are all accessible from your centrally-located home. Make a right out of the driveway and within 1 minute you'll be on the Southern State Parkway headed to NYC or Eastern Long Island. A hospital is within walking distance, and banks, supermarkets, restaurants, auto-parts stores and the Hempstead Lake State Park are 5-minutes away by car. Roosevelt Field Mall, Eisenhower Park, the Aquatic Center and Nassau Coliseum are a 10-minute drive, and so is the NYC borough of Queens. It's a 10 to 15-minutes drive to The Nautical Mile, Jones Beach, the Long Island Children's Museum, The African-American Museum, The Holocaust Memorial, Nassau County Museum of Art, The Cradle of Aviation, Playland Amusement Park, and Belmont Raceway. Long Island boasts hundreds of 19th-Century mansions and castles, some of which are open to the public. Casinos? There's one 20 minutes to the West and another 50 minutes to the East. The Hamptons are just over an hour to the east. From th Viv ere, drive an additional 45 minutes and you'll be in Montauk.
