Relax and unwind in our cheerful, recently renovated home just minutes from downtown Stamford! We are centrally-located and guests can easily hop on and off the I95 and get to where you need to go! This is the perfect place for families looking for a quiet, convenient, and cozy stay. The home has plenty of space and lots of great, natural lighting. We are a block away from Holly Pond’s waterfront, and nearby a dog park! Oh, and pets are welcome! Please be informed about bed types: Extra Large Double Bed (Super King Size) is 181-210 cm wide which is our King Size Large Bed (King Size) is 151-180 cm wide which is our Queen Size This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home is perfectly suited for families, couples, friends, and business travelers. Guests will be occupying the entire first-floor of the house. The main bedroom has a king bed and the other two bedrooms have queen beds. All bedrooms have large closets for luggage and clothing. Relax in the spacious and cozy living room while watching TV. Enjoy the large, fully- equipped, and well-stocked kitchen - the perfect place to cook delicious meals. Complete with coffee, stainless steel appliances, and cooking essentials. Need to work while you’re staying? We have speedy wifi and our dining table can double as a spacious dedicated workspace! Guest access Our check-in process is smooth and easy! Details for our smart lock will be sent ahead of the guests' arrival. Check-in time is 4pm. Check-out is before 11am. There is a maximum of 6 guests for this stay. Only registered guests are allowed unless specifically agreed upon during the booking process. Any unannounced guests will be asked to leave and the reservation may be canceled. Guests will have full access to the first-floor home, as well as the basement, where the laundry is located. Guests will also have access to the backyard. Our private parking lot is at the back of the home and is shared with the upstairs tenants with plenty of spaces always available.

The neighborhood is quiet and residential, and just a block away from the Holly Pond waterfront. We are two blocks away from the I95 ramp, which will take you downtown or to the neighboring towns within 10-20 minutes. There's not a lot of traffic on the street, which makes it a peaceful place to sleep at night. The house is right next to the current WWE headquarters. Downtown Stamford - 6 min drive Stamford train station - 6 min drive Chelsea Pier - 4 min drive Grocery store (Whole Foods) - 6 min drive Pharmacy (Walgreens) - 4 min drive Other things to note 1) Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. PLEASE respect our neighbors. NO loud noise after 11pm, and NO parties. 2) Events and commercial photoshoots are NOT permitted without prior approval, applicable permit, and additional fees. 3) Pets are welcome but must be pre-approved by the host. 4) Please note that this is a multi-family home, there is a second unit (long-term rental) on the top floor with completely separate access. You will have almost no interaction with them and full privacy. Getting around Walking is a great way to check out the Holly Pond waterfront. We are about a block away. There are a couple of eateries also within walking distance, however, a car is the easiest way to get around. We are close to the I95, and there is a shared parking lot with the upstairs tenants that has plenty of spaces available. There are also taxis and Uber available. The train station is a 5-minute drive away.
