Centrally located in the Salt Lake Valley, the property is equal time(not distance) to all ski resorts on the Wasatch Front. A large garden space provides a nice terraced area for BBQs and games to be played, Corn hole and volleyball and badminton provided. Two car garage includes ski lockers and a tuning station, there is an interior game room for winter time entertaining. House was built before sound proofing was thought about so a remove your shoes policy is requested under the phrase "Soft feet make for deep sleep and a cleaner living space". The home has been meticulously renovated for a very elegant atmosphere.
I am a second generation Swede, a writer by trade, my wife is from the Yucatan peninsula and a skilled nurse.
Bordering a deaf and blind school and a insurance agency it is a quiet neighborhood but is on a busy street which provides easy access to other locales but is the reason for no pets as well as allergies.
