We are originally from Zimbabwe where I was self-employed as a Chef and had a passion for food and wine. All of which we have access to here on our doorstep in Ashland, Oregon. After all we have the Rogue Valley Wine Region right here and can only highly recommend a visit to Weisingers - the oldest owned family vineyard in Ashland, Eliana - small but mighty wines, Belle Fiorie - a majestic Chateau, Irvine & Roberts - a little upmarkety, Dana Campbell - a wine with a view and Grizzly Peak - a drama in the winery. Adam worked as a Consultant with a background in Accountancy, our Bean Counter - so we have our "Checks and Balances' in place. We have spent the past few years upgrading our rooms and bathrooms with new mattresses, carpeting, blinds, linen and much more to ensure our guests comfort. We are both incredibly passionate about Ashland and all that it has to offer from the Theatre, Cabaret, to our amazing restaurants, shopping and art galleries. The outdoor life is fantastic. Choose from hiking, biking, mountain biking - an adventure in itself, rafting and skiing we have it all. We personally visit our local wineries to see what is new and exciting and we tend to eat out at our local restaurants. Therefore we love to guide our guests in the right "foodie" direction. I personally buy tickets for both the Theatre and Cabaret so can recommend the shows. I love to serve our two course freshly cooked breakfast daily at our communal table. Its always wonderful to listen to our guests settle down to discuss plays, restaurants, wineries and generally make friends.

Abigail's is centrally located on North Main St and Nursery and we are within an easy 15 minute walk to the Town Plaza of Ashland, Lithia Park, the Theatres, Restaurants and Shopping. The Inn is located within easy driving distance to the Rogue Valley Wine Region, incredible hiking trails and new mountain biking trails up on Mount Ashland. Our town is also incredibly bike friendly. Ashland, Oregon is a Vacationers dream. From the Oregon Shakespeare Theatre to the growing Southern Oregon Wine Region there is a little of something for everyone here. The Oregon Cabaret Theatre runs throughout the year. For those looking to be a bit more active we have some amazing hiking and/or biking trails in our surrounding area such as the Bear Creek Greenway and Lithia Park. Ninety five acres of hiking trails to be tried and tested. The Japanese Gardens have been updated and upgraded. Mt Ashland is open for summer picnics and adventurous Mountain Biking that ends up in town at the end of Lithia Park with a Pint stop at Skout. The town may be small in size but we have a wonderful selection of Art Galleries, boutique shops and local restaurants offering everything and anything for all. Ashland hosts a weekly Farmers and Artisans Market. The Inn is within a easy, pleasant 15 minute walk into town. Walkers can head out for a quick morning walk and head up towards Lithia Walk along the back streets that are lined with beautiful Victorian homes. Jacksonville historical town is a short drive away and for those with a love of music then be sure to have a look at the Britt Festival lineup. Be sure to check out our famour Crater Lake too! Its stunning and a must visit when here in Southern Oregon. Plan a days outing and stop of at Bekkies Cafe for their famous Pie. A morning can be spent at Harry and Davids browsing the gift selection and then a visit to Lilli Belle Chocolates, The Rogue Creamery - home to best Blue Cheese in the World, a wine tasting room and Coquette Bakery.
