Permit #SLP13311 Situated right on the beachfront boardwalk and the corner of 33rd Street, this upstairs 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is available as a basic family destination for folks who know what the locals know: the best surf for the "big kids"; the friendliest shoreline for little ones; soft white sand for sunbathing or serious games of beach volleyball; rock jetties to climb and hunt for crabs or shells; close walking access to groceries, restaurants, shops and excursions! There is happily something for everyone's idea of the perfect vacation!! DISCLOSURE: While the location is prime, and we can ensure the cleanliness and functionality of the property - including the health and safety of our guests - the general appearance, condition and furnishings of this unit would be considered "basic" or "average."
