Great location for this one bedroom one bath top floor unit. Alii Villas 309 has beautiful Ocean views from the lanai and living room. Ceiling fans located in the living, kitchen and bedroom. There is also a portable AC located in the bedroom. Free WIFI. Ali’i Villas is a condo complex that is a true oceanfront property, conveniently located within walking distance to beaches, shops and restaurants, yet it is quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to Green Flash coffee shop which has great Kona coffee, tea and good breakfast sandwiches and pastries. You will enjoy a swimming pool that is heated year round, a rinse off shower, restrooms, and a donated book and magazine library in a sheltered space at the pool area. Beyond the pool is a communal BBQ pavilion with two large grills, a cleanup sink and tables and chairs. A west-facing seawall at the end of the property is a popular gathering place to meet your neighbors, sit on a bench and gaze over the ocean, experience spectacular sunsets and watch all manner of watercraft and sea life. This property also has mature tropical gardens that are beautifully manicured. Minimum night varies seasonally between 4 - 10 nights. Property is non-ADA compliant, non-smoking, and no pets allowed.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property manager within 48 hours of booking. If the agreement is not received, the reservation may be canceled. The guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation if they pass the 48 hour time frame.

Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Quiet hours are between 21:00:00 and 08:00:00. A 25% deposit and completed Guest Reservation Application are required for booking confirmation. Final payment is due 60 days before arrival. Reservations may be canceled for late payment or extenuating circumstances (e.g. double bookings, property sale, or emergency repairs).
