They will check you in at Allegheny Spring from 8am to midnight and happily provide any assistance you may need during your stay. We love to interact electronically with you via email, text and phone at anytime. We are most available Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 7pm. Our guests use the check in desk for checking into their unit. For any needs following your check in, on-site help is available from cleaning and maintenance staff.

GETTING TO SNOWSHOE MOUNTAIN, WEST VIRGINIA With no cellphone service close to the resort, you'll want to make sure you know your route before you leave. And while you're at it, check out the regional road conditions and our visitors guide to make the most of your trip to the mountain. It goes without saying that 4wd is a must in the snow. Shuttle runs regularly through the village. It’s nice to park the car upon arrival and not need to use it until departure.
