There is a 24-hour full-service front desk that will check you in at at Allegheny Spring from 8am to midnight and provide any assistance you may need during your stay. We interact electronically with guests through emails, texts and phone prior to arrival. Our business hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm, Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 6pm. During ski season, we are available Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 7pm. Guests use check in desk for checking into their unit. For any needs following their check in help would be available from cleaning and maintenance staff at site. Guests can continue to communicate with us electronically using emails, texts and phone calls.

GETTING TO SNOWSHOE MOUNTAIN, WEST VIRGINIA With no cellphone service close to the resort, you'll want to make sure you know your route before you leave. And while you're at it, check out the regional road conditions and our visitors guide to make the most of your trip to the mountain. It goes without saying that 4wd is a must in the snow. Shuttle runs regularly through the village. It’s nice to park the car upon arrival and not need to use it until departure. To get to Allegheny Spring, Snowshoe Mountain: 1.The nearest airport is Yeager Airport (CRW) in Charleston, West Virginia, about a 3-hour drive away. 2.From the airport, take I-64 W to US-60 W. 3.Follow US-60 W for about 2 hours until you reach Marlinton, West Virginia. In Marlinton, turn right onto WV-66 N/Seneca Trl. 4.Follow WV-66 N/Seneca Trl for about 25 minutes until you reach Snowshoe Mountain Resort. 5.Allegheny Spring is located within the resort.
