This family-friendly condo is conveniently surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants, parks, and watersports-related businesses. Unwind under the sun on your private waterfront deck furnished with plenty of chairs and even loungers so you can comfortably work on your tan. The air-conditioned living area provides guests with another great spot to relax - stream a favorite movie or series on the smart TV with cable and get ready for a thrilling evening at home! When mealtime comes around, the kitchen will be ready to help you prepare everything that comes to mind thanks to all the incredible appliances and cookware. The dining table is right off of the kitchen and seats up to six people comfortably. This retreat has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Each bedroom has a smart TV with cable and AC units for added convenience. Additional perks include central AC and a private washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW Full kitchen without a dishwasher Boat docks are available on a "first-come, first-served" basis. **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
