Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document. NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking. AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses. CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day. DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.  MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. The beach is a very short walk away, down the pavement to the 200 yd boardwalk to the beach.  This area is such a quaint, family oriented place. Perfect for a quiet family getaway to the beach. Bike riding is a wonderful sport in this low density area and you can ride down to the Fort and take the Mobile Ferry over to Dauphin Island and visit that aquarium, Fort Gaines or just ride the wonderful bike paths on the island. This Fort Morgan beach home is 19 miles west of Gulf Shores in "The Dunes" Subdivision, across the street from Ft Morgan Marina were you can charter fishing boats, eat at the very popular Tacky Jack's restaurant, or visit the bar under the restaurant. Less than 7 miles away is Kiva Dunes, one of the nation's top rated public golf courses. Historic Ft Morgan and the Mobile Bay Ferry are approximately 1 mile away. Boat launch and marina are across Fort Morgan Road. Boardwalk takes you right onto the beach.
