From our personal experience as Airbnb guests to our professional experience in hospitality, we have high standards to provide the best stay. We all four are former military (Army and Navy). We love connecting with fellow West Point, Naval Academy, Marquette, Notre Dame (MBA), Wharton (MBA) and Syracuse (MBA) alums. We operate our own short and long term rental properties, but would be happy to talk to you about investing, managing, or co-hosting yours.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. 3 blocks from the ocean and is central in Jax Beach. Recently renovated. Easy and free parking along with a backyard space perfect for a grilled dinner outside. This space is equipped with two queen beds per apartment and has a pack-and-play, perfect for a family stay. With a comfortable living space and equipped kitchen, it is perfect for nights in and countless vacation memories. **This is a four-plex building; you'll be renting one of the four units. Please check the room photos to choose from bottom or top units**

Neighbourhood information

This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is about 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.
