The kitchen has everything you need—including a brand-new dishwasher, refrigerator, wine fridge, sharp new knives, and all the cookware, spices, and gadgets (yes, even a instant heat tea kettle) to make your meals feel effortless. The spacious great room features soaring ceilings, a huge 75' smart TV, and wall-to-wall windows showcasing panoramic ocean views. The expansive decks on the east, south and west side of the house offer prime opportunities to take in the sunrise with your coffee, watch dolphins swim by, or enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets. Downstairs, you’ll find oceanfront bedrooms with new linens, private baths and decks, a bunk room, and a newly refreshed shared bath. Upstairs, a loft space features a classic slate pool table and one of the best ocean views in Avon. We’ve added thoughtful touches for families—like a Pack ’n Play, highchair, and bottle warmer—plus upgraded smart TVs in every room. Outside, we’ve cleared and leveled the space under and around the home for dedicated parking, added a park-style grill, and installed new front steps and a new roof (October 2024). The ground level also includes a laundry room, concrete parking, double carports, and two upgraded outdoor showers with hot water. Star Kissed is where convenience meets coastal luxury. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
