Ashevilles breweries and music venues are a short drive away. After a day of adventure, kick back in the tree-lined backyard. LIVING AREA High ceilings soar in the sunlit living room, furnished with a sleeper sofa and cozy armchairs. Settle in for a cinematic movie night on the 55 smart TV. KITCHEN & DINING Shining stone countertops and stainless steel appliances invite your inner chef out to play in the well-equipped kitchen. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
