The Neighborhood: This apartment is located in Midtown. It is on a residential street and has easy access to most major attractions. It is less than a half mile to major grocery stores and restaurants. Getting Around: Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged! Other Things to Note: We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97percentage of your payment. The other 3percentage will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Interaction with Guests: We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Located in Midtown, this apartment offers easy access to all that Memphis has to offer—just 1.5 miles from Overton Square and the Memphis Zoo, and 3 miles to downtown. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps 12 guests. This fully furnished rental includes everything you need to feel at home, plus free WiFi and pet-friendly options for a fee. We provide both professional and real-time photos from our cleaning team, so you know exactly what to expect. We'd love to host you! The Space: Please note: Our home is heated by a boiler system. While it provides excellent and consistent warmth, it may take a bit longer to heat the space compared to a furnace. Guests will be staying in the upstairs unit and will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, you will be in the living room. This room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and a large SmartTV. Through the living room is the dining room. The beautiful farm table provides seating for 6 guests with two additional arm chairs for overflow seating. Just past the dining room is the fully-equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is a covered porch just off the living room with patio furniture! This apartment has 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is just off of the living room through french doors. This room has a king bed and built-in book shelves for extra storage! The next room has two twin over twin bunk beds. The final room has two double beds and a private full bathroom! The second full bathroom is in the hallway with a shower/tub combination. The backyard is fully fenced and there is a charcoal grill available for use! Please note the driveway and backyard are shared with the downstairs unit Guest Access: The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
