*** There will be an extensive beautification process at this location between 8/4/2025 – 3/16/2026. During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise that includes grinding and banging that will produce dust and debris around the property. Construction hours will be between 8am and 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and placed inside the units with the sliding doors secured to prevent opening. Workers will be present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building to complete the work. There will also be intermittent pool closures during the entire construction period. *** This beautiful fifth-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes floor to ceiling glass patio doors in both the living room and master bedroom leading to a large patio that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features of this upscale and gorgeous unit include granite countertops, a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, cook top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The dining room table has seating for six with four additional bar chairs at the breakfast bar. The master bath includes a whirlpool tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity sinks. Each of the four bedrooms and living room all have televisions to relax each evening after enjoying a long day out on the beach. The private balcony has a table and chairs to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset. You will enjoy the breathtaking view from this unit and so much more. Things to know: Beach service included March - October Pool bands are provided! The number of bands provided corresponds to the occupancy of the rental. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 5. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
