We allow a maximum of 2 dogs, each weighing not more than 50 pounds at the property with payment of non-refundable $175 pet fee. Please review our pet policy in the rental agreement.

We use Truvi, a third party company to complete identity verification and damage waiver/ security deposit. Truvi charges $36 for non-refundable damage waiver and $500 for refundable security deposit (as long as there's no damage to property). Guest chooses either the damage waiver or security deposit.,
