This fee can be paid to us directly, after your booking is confirmed. Please just make this request a day or two before your arrival and we will make sure a staff member drops them off for your stay! PARKING: This unit comes with one spot in the grassed area to the left of the driveway. Driveway is for bottom floor guests. - New TVs in all rooms - Lightning fast internet (250mbps) - Propane Gas Grill (propane included!) - Corn hole & board games - Beach chairs included. PETS ALLOWED FOR A FEE If you have more than one pet, there will be an additional charge, as the pet fee on this platform is only for one pet. Additionally, please inquire for permission if you have more than 2 pets or if any of your pets are over 40 pounds. Guests may request shipping of their left-behind items. A minimum fee of 60, covering labor and shipping with tracking, applies. Depending on the size and shipping location, the fee may vary. Additional charges beyond the minimum fee are the guest's responsibility. The host will make reasonable efforts for safe delivery but is not liable for loss or damage.
