When you aren't relaxing on the warm sand, head for the Freeman Stage at Bayside where you can enjoy a wide range of fun summer entertainment including live music, dancing, and children's programming. Under vaulted ceilings, enjoy the home's open-concept interior, comfortable furnishings, and lush beach-themed decorations. The large Smart TV and cozy seating in the living room make it easy to tune into your favorite programs. Steps away, the full kitchen positively gleams with its granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and cherry-wood cabinetry. With the people you love the most, enjoy gathering around the home's fireplace, barbecuing on the back patio, and gazing out at glittering water views from the balcony. This fee varies by the time of year. The local Vacasa team will reach out to you before your arrival to arrange for this payment.Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
