You’ll be just a few minutes’ drive from unique shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, and when you want to head for the beach, it’s just under six miles east. Other attractions like Fenwick Island State Park and the Assawoman Wildlife Area are also around six miles away. Bayside Resort is home to a facility with a heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms with saunas, and fitness areas with state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment! This waterfront golf resort community offers a quiet escape just minutes to the beach with exceptional accommodations and fantastic amenities. These include a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, two outdoor pools, a kids' splash zone, on-site snack and tropical bars, and a fitness center with outdoor tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts. There are also stocked ponds, a community pier, seasonal kayaking, nature trails with observation towers, and a dog park. The Freeman Stage at Bayside hosts a full slate of summer entertainment, including live dancing, music, and children's programming. At the home itself, spend mornings sipping coffee in your screened sunroom or watching the world go by from the front porch, then step inside to whip up a delicious breakfast when hunger strikes. The modern, full kitchen opens onto the dining and living areas, making it easy to gather as a group during meal prep. Grab a seat at the large, pub-height dining table, then pop the dishes into the dishwasher for easy cleanup. Hop on one of the many provided bikes and spend the day exploring on two wheels. When you return, cool down in the central air-conditioning while the washer/dryer does its work. Fire up the grill out on the deck while the kids play foosball in the garage, then serve up dinner alfresco in the sunroom.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
