Set right on the water (there is a small beach directly behind this townhouse), this sunny and stylish vacation rental includes a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a dining table for six for mealtimes or rainy day board games, and a new full-size, ground-level patio and deck where you can catch the sunrise or watch the wildlife right in your own backyard. For sleeping arrangements, this townhouse offers four colorful bedrooms, including a ground-floor primary suite with an en suite bath and private access to the sunroom, plus an additional main bedroom with an en suite bath up on the third floor. New vinyl flooring has been added in the third-floor bedrooms in preparation for the 2025 rental season. Feel free to bring your own kayaks and paddleboards or rent them and have them delivered right to the house. On-site, enjoy the many Bayville Shores resort amenities, including an outdoor pool, tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts, a fishing/crabbing pier, two stocked (catch and release) lakes, and direct bay access via a community boat ramp.
