A California casita with rustic Alaskan accents. This cozy and fully stocked home is kid and dog friendly, features a hot tub, and has views of Morro Rock and the bay from the front yard. A short bike ride to restaurants and situated on a dead end street to the Elfin Forest, perfect for sunset walks on the boardwalk. A few minute drive to the amenities of Los Osos and Morro bay, 15 minutes to Cal Poly, and 20 minutes to Edna Valley wine country.
My husband and I love to travel with our kiddos and pup. We also love to host and rent out our home whenever we have a trip planned. Enjoy our favorite little part of California in our Baywood Casita! When we don't have guests we live in this house part time. Typically we will be available locally during your stay but if for some reason we are out of the area we ask family to attend to any needs our guest may have.
We do live one house down from a main thoroughfare of Baywood. Our neighborhood is fairly quiet but there is some road light noise throughout the day and into the evening. Since we live in a temperate climate, windows are usually kept open during warm days. Thus, if you are a light sleeper, please take this into consideration before booking our home. There is room for 3 small cars to park in the driveway and some on street parking but we prefer if people stay in our driveway to prevent any nuisances of our neighbors. Baywood is super bike and pedestrian friendly, if you are able to bring along bikes to get around town we highly recommend it. If you need to leave Baywood/Los Osos Uber and Lyft are options but your own transportation is likely cheaper.
