Be surrounded by rich history, enjoy absolutely gorgeous views, a baseball field, tennis court, Half-Moon Beach and Cressy's Beach, and Gloucester's attractive Stacy Boulevard only steps away! You're also a stroll away from shops, restaurants, stores, and other fun locations that your whole family will love! Enjoy seasonal live entertainment and watch fireworks displays over the water without ever leaving home! Beach Gem is fully furnished, newly renovated, oceanfront, 3 bedroom, single family home located in historic Gloucester built in 1950. A sunroom with glass doors includes patio furniture with a full-sized washer and dryer that walks out to the deck overlooking a nice large backyard and ocean. Kitchen with spacious cabinets and granite countertops, electric glass top stove, dishwasher, and full sized refrigerator. Kitchen, living room, and bathroom are all ceramic/porcelain tiled. The bedrooms and hallway have hardwood flooring. There is a 55" smart tv in the living room. Bedroom #1 has a twin bed with chest, and closet. Bedroom #2 has 2 twin sized beds with chest and closet. Master bedroom (aka bedroom #3) has a queen sized bed and a 43" smart tv, dresser with mirror, door mirror, and 2 closets. Bedrooms have portable fans. Large air conditioner window unit in living room. Parking is available for 2 cars and possibly more.
