We are a big family that likes to go on vacation as a group, we've had very good experiences and some not so good, so decided to have a nice place to call home away from home and share it with our guests.

Property information

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located Beach Paradise. The apartment is fully renovated and even though you are on the beach you will feel like in a high scale modern hotel. Our apartment is on the 6th floor, on the beach, with ocean view only a couple of miles from Aventura Mall and Bar Harbor. From our balcony you can enjoy beautiful sunrises, sunsets, the Diplomat Hotel, our pool, gardens and much more. We are walking distance to the Hollywood boardwalk, Margaritaville Hotel, and many other amenities. I want to let you know that until August 2025 I'm offering this discounted price due to potential construction noise from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Despite the noise, I'm confident you'll have a wonderful time here. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to ask!

Neighbourhood information

A family like environment, everybody knows each other in the building. During winter we receive most of our guest that come from the north and in summer the locals come to the beautiful beaches to relax.
