Nestled toward the west end of Galveston Island, about 20 miles from the city center, this luxury condo at Pointe West Resort is near enough to take advantage of all the city facilities, but far enough away that you don't have to share the beach or the amazing view with too many other people. The beach is just a short stroll away (via a nice dune walkover), so when you're not relaxing on your balcony or swimming in the pool you can enjoy playing on the beach! This home is spacious and can accomodate everyone comfortably. You will love the serene color scheme, bright and sunny interior, and restive atmosphere. Have a seat in the living room and watch some TV, use the provided WiFi to look up activities, or simply gaze out the windows to see the majestic ocean. With a gorgeous full kitchen, the cook in your group will love preparing meals during your stay. The granite countertops, gleaming stainless-steel appliances, and ample counterspace mean that cooking here will be a breeze. Sit down at the dining room table and nearby breakfast bar to enjoy a home-cooked breakfast together before heading out for a morning walk on the beach. Throughout the condo are beautiful hardwood floors that you will love. Step down the hallway to find the three bedrooms. One features two twin-size beds, and the second room has a lovely queen bed. The primary bedroom is furnished with a huge king-size bed, and it also has balcony access and a wonderful attached bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. A comfortable sofabed in the living room provides even more sleeping places. If you walk outside you will find yourself on your private balcony.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
