We also offer our "SBL Stress-Free Damage Benefit” which covers the registered guests against any accidental damages to the unit or its contents for an amount not to exceed fifteen hundred dollars when reported immediately. This eliminates the necessity for traditional security deposits or damage insurance, and provides stress-free protection for guests and owner in the event of an accident. Please note: Pets are allowed in our pet approved properties only and must be approved by Sanibel Vacations. (Dogs only) An additional four hundred dollar fee per dog will apply.

All renters are able to purchase the use of The Dunes Pool & Tennis membership & clubhouse for an ADDITIONAL FEE paid to the Dunes directly. Golf is NOT included and will require an additional fee to play. The clubhouse is a common meeting point for tennis players, golfers, locals, and visitors. The clubhouse offers full-service dining with spectacular views of the golf course and wildlife preserve. Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms + den/3 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 Queen bed, 4 Twin (sleeps 10), Smart TV's (streaming only), free WIFI, washer & dryer, pool, BBQ gas grill, covered parking. Pets considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience. Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the city of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 10 people.
