A massive beautul leather sectional allows you to sit down and relax after an exciting fun filled day. Enjoy a nice dinner outside at the picnic tables in the warmer months or sit out on the covered porch and enjoy the peaceful secluded area. You might even see some deer next door pass by or a stroll by from a wandering black bear. Just through the side door is natural bluestone steps that take you to the rear. There is a chinnea right outside the back perfect for roasting marshmallows on the california deck. You'll find a picnic table as well as a nice seating area. Enjoy the light breeze from the the lake under the Edison lights glazing overhead. After a long day at the public beach just 700' away wash off in the amazing outdoor shower. On the back deck is a newer 2-burger gas grill with provided propane. Bear Run Road is a dead end state road that accesses State gamelands so there is minimal traffic and decent privacy. The Lake House resides a short drive up a dead end private street with plenty of privacy, yet is easy to get in and out. The lake itself has 52 miles of shoreline that allows fishing, boating (No HP restriction), and swimming.Palmayra Public Beach and Lake Wallenpaupack Boat Tours and Rentals are less than a 1,000 walk away. Mangan Cove which is a very nice public boat launch is 2 miles away and there is enough room on the property for a boat/snowmobile trailer to be parked as well.
