Just a short drive to Bethany Beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including the Village Pavilion with an indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, a multi-sport court and saunas, a playground, a clubhouse with restaurant, and a summer beach shuttle, which runs a week before Memorial Day to a week after Labor Day. Guest passes for amenity use are available for purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes must purchase them at the Bear Trap Pavilion. High-speed internet for remote learning and working is not guaranteed. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
