Tour the area by visiting the Seaside, Watercolor, The Big Chill, and Rosemary Beach, all within a 10-mile radius, as well as local eateries and shopping. The community is also adjacent to Point Washington State Forest, so nature enthusiasts will have 27 miles of hiking and biking trails to explore. Closer to home, check out the neighborhood pickleball courts or the local gathering place, which boasts two pools, a hot tub, a children's pool, a playground, a firepit, grills, hammocks, and an entertainment bar. Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the four-bedroom home. That's not to say there isn't plenty of privacy, as the two living spaces on the main floor can also be closed off to separate the kids from the adults.
