This beautiful three bedroom, two bath, 1500sqf house includes beds for 8 people plus a sofa chair in the second bedroom which opens up to twin bed plus a folding bed is also available. Both of them are very comfortable! This house can sleep a total of 10 people. This house includes everything you need. Smart TVs which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels in both living room and master bedroom, Wi-Fi, washer & dryer. House includes a game-room with a pool table to have fun while in the house. The high ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. Includes a perfect outside covered patio with a sitting area plus a BBQ grill and a private pool. Plenty of mature trees gives a park-like feel. I can assure you will love it! Please note - - House is 100% non-smoking. - Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request. - Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00. - We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases. - Pool Size 18 feet round and 4 feet deep. - Pool will be closed from November 15th until March 1st. • Check in is at 3pm. No keys are required. • Checkout is at 10am. No keys are required. - If you wish for a late check out, there will be a charge per hour (You will need to get landlord's approval first)
