Upon booking, the primary renter will be sent a digital rental agreement to read/sign and will be asked to provide a copy of their ID. The booking is not complete until this agreement is signed. We welcome small children, families and infants, however it is up to you to determine whether this listing is suitable for your children. Maximum occupancy is 8 persons, that includes adults and children. Additional charges will apply for extra guests. No pets. No Parties. No Smoking. No Glitter. (Seriously, it gets everywhere!) The hot tub is cleaned and sanitized between each guest. If the hot tub needs additional servicing during your stay due to misuse, a service fee will apply. Our cancellation policy is firm. Trip insurance is highly recommended to ensure you are refunded for any last minute cancellations.

I'm Nancy, co-owner of Casa Prestada, a boutique property management company specializing in delivering personalized and hands-on management services, while providing our guests with a comfortable and wonderfully memorable stay. Born and raised in Texas, I grew up in the Dallas Fort Worth area and have made this my home again since leaving the military in 2008. In addition to being a host, I am an IT Project Manager, a wife, and mom of 2 energetic kids. I enjoy meeting new people and familiarizing myself with other cultures. Our home is located inside a gated community, with round the clock security services. Upon arrival each registered car will be issued a pass for the duration of your booking. Please display this pass at all times. We have great cleaners and have pest control treat our home regularly but you may still find a random insect in or around the house, especially during the spring when the weather starts warming up. Location matters and the Poconos has it all! Our property is near heart of Mount Pocono and just minutes away from tons of activities. Skiing, water parks, hiking, casinos, and more!
