Beautiful House with 3 bedrooms, heated pool, mini golf and two-car garage. Great location. five-minute drive to the beach. near shopping plazas, restaurants, and the famous Legacy Trail perfect for biking, running, and more. Situated at a dead-end in a peaceful community. Lots of outdoor space around the house with beautiful palm trees and a large patio. bicycles, board games, cornhole, a gas grill, and more at your disposal. Lots of places to visit in the Sarasota and Venice area.

The house is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. You are only minutes from the old town of Venice and Nokomis Beach with a drum circle. You have quick and convenient access to all beaches as well as Siesta Key or Caspersen Beach. The home is only minutes from many great dining options. You can also enjoy the local food in nearby restaurants or make grocery shopping in Amish stores or Publix. Enjoy your stay
There is plenty of space to park on the property. We have two car garage and a private driveway. You can park your RV or trailer in front of the house. The house is located very close to the Old town of Venice and Venice Beach. The nearest beach is Nokomis beach with free parking lots - every Wednesday and Saturday you can enjoy Drum Circle- which is about 5 minutes away. You can spend your day on Caspersen Beach-The Shark Tooth Capital of the World or Siesta key in Sarasota. You can also use our bicycles to get anywhere...
