Bella Casa Luxury Condominiums centrally located in beautiful Fort Myers, Florida offer a quality and private Mediterranean influenced community with a touch of Florida for you to call home. Once you drive through the gated entry, the community hints of a warm Mediterranean style that flows through the architecture, amenities, two picturesque lakes, and natural preserved landscape area. Bella Casa luxury condos is a gated community in South Fort Myers with a resort style pool and spa, state of the art fitness center, clubhouse with club room, entertainment area, catering kitchen and an outdoor living room under truss with a two sided fireplace and tennis court. This ground floor home has been meticulously upgraded and beautifully decorated. The foyer, bathrooms, kitchen and living room have gorgeous tile floors. Inside laundry/storage room is located right off the kitchen. Features are granite, breakfast bar, white gloss raised panel cabinetry and upgraded brushed nickel hardware.
