The property boasts ultimate comfort, space, privacy, with a large outdoor covered hot tub, cozy fire pit surrounded by custom made Adirondack chairs, with bocce court and corn hole, and convenient walking access to downtown, the new Market Walk on Spring, and the fairgrounds. Conveniently located in the downtown west side of Paso Robles and only steps from the Historic Paso Robles downtown square which boasts boutique shopping, galleries, tasting rooms, fine-dining restaurants, and the downtown city park. Step in onto the restored original hard wood flooring. Unwind on a comfortable couch or chair, with flat screen TV (with Apple TV), among a balanced décor of beautiful modern and antique furnishings. Prepare meals or charcuterie in a fully appointed kitchen. Eat in a shiplap lined dining nook, or outside dining table. Relax on the covered porch in a rocking chair or the hanging porch swing with a glass of wine in the evening, or a cup of coffee in the morning.
