Location…Location…Location… Affordable new lower efficiency apartment in a multi unit property. Close to Indian and West Villages , Belle Isle, Ford Field and Downtown. Enjoy free street parking with bike paths on Kercheval and Grand Boulevard. Very close to the new Riverwalk extension from Belle Isle to downtown. This area is super safe, revitalization has been incredible in Island view. Perfect spot to enjoy any Downtown event. High speed internet, with a queen bed.

If you are looking to tour the city I offer services on the weekend. Detroit has so many hidden gems, speakeasies and jazz music spots. The architecture is amazing. Lots of new restaurants as the renaissance continues in Detroit. I also do photography and one-off photoshoots by request.
My wife and I also rent out our Mercedes on Turo and we offer catering private dinners at the air b n b upon request.
The area is beautiful spot for biking.
