French doors open to reveal a sun-drenched terrace with a seating area for sipping your fresh mug of coffee each morning. The petite, L-shaped kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare fresh banana pancakes, quick snacks for the beach, or a casual dinner. Sea-blue cabinets provide a surprising amount of storage space, and the glossy quartz countertops are a stylish workspace. Premier appliances include a two-burner range, compact refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. A dining table with seating for four sits nearby. Climb the stairs to the sleeping area, where a luxurious king-size bed is tucked cozily underneath the eaves and is flanked by two reading lamps. Additional sleeping spots include a custom twin-size berth nestled underneath the staircase and the living room sofa which pulls out.
