Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

A damage deposit of US$250 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Beginning the week of August 3rd and running through September 16th Berkshire on the Ocean will commence our painting project. Guest can expect minimal noise and workers present during business hours. We do not expect this work to significantly inconvenience our guests stay.
